This deck was left unstained by the builder and a year later the home owner was ready to not only add some color, but ensure the deck would last longer. Although it hadn’t been stained yet, proper prep work is what ensures it is going to last. Notice during the pressure washing process how much mold and mildew is removed using the right cleaner. After applying two coats of a solid stain, this deck will last for many years to come.
